Harrison Development, LLC has worked with companies like Ingersoll Rand and Home Depot Supply to design and construct turn-key facilities in the Phoenix market.
Our design/builds are structured with two operational agreements, the Construction Agreement and the Lease. The construction agreement provides for all the architectural renderings, the construction bid process and the final hard-bid for improvements, as well as initiation and project management throughout the construction phase. Our lease structure is typically a true triple net lease where the tenant assumes all costs associated with operating and maintaining the building and pays rent at a lease yield on the final allocated project cost.
